The I-PAD SP-1 cardiac defibrillator from CU Medical is the DSA for everyone. It can be used by general public without first-aid training. As well as professional medical staff.

The semi-automatic SP1 is small, lightweight and easy to transport. Its good-quality, rigid carrying bag makes for safe storage. You can also store an extra pair of electrodes. Pediatric, for example.
This device has anIP rating of 55. This makes it highly waterproof and resistant to the humidity and fine dust found in certain environments.

Sound and resuscitation detector
The CU MEDICAL I-PAD SP1 semi-automatic defibrillator is innovative thanks to its noise detector, which enables it to adjust the volume of the voice instructions. In this way, the resuscitation protocol for the victim of a cardiac event remains audible, even in high ambient noise levels.
Pediatric resuscitation
With a simple press of the dedicated button, the rescuer can easily switch from adult to paediatric mode. Without changing electrodes.
Once the pediatric mode has been selected, the level of electrical energy delivered in the shock drops to 50 Joules instead of 150.
The I-PAD SP1 defibrillator will then give the child the CPR procedure to be applied. Pediatric electrodes are also available for this device. They are smaller than adult electrodes and therefore better suited to children’s smaller body sizes.
Choice of languages
The CU medical I-PAD SP1 defibrillator is distributed worldwide. 28 languages are available and programmable on the device. The language is chosen by the customer at the time of purchase, and Swixed takes care of programming the device. The defibrillator dictates instructions to the rescuer in the chosen language.

Data update and extraction
To check for the presence of ventricular fibrillation or ventricular tachycardia, the I-PAD SP1 automatically collects and performs an electrocardiogram (ECG) of the patient after placing the electrodes on the patient.
After resuscitation, data can be easily retrieved by removing the SD card from the device. Then insert it into your PC’s card reader. The CU Medical I-PAD SP-1 defibrillator has an internal memory capacity of 5 interventions. And up to 3 hours of treatment per intervention.
