Package delivery

Only one type of delivery is offered in the order procedure.

• Products available in stock are generally delivered within 1 to 3 working days after confirmation of payment.
• Products not in stock will be delivered within 7 to 21 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery charges

• Delivery is free for orders over CHF/EUR 150.- incl. VAT.
• For orders under CHF/EUR 150.00 incl. VAT, shipping costs are prorated according to weight.

Pallets and goods over 30 kg

In the case of particularly large and/or heavy appliances, delivery to the desired address is carried out by a transport company. The cost of shipping the goods must be assessed by Swixed and must be indicated to the customer in the form of an estimate. As soon as the order is ready for dispatch, the transport company will arrange a delivery date in advance by telephone.

Parcel delivery in front of the door

  Packages under 30kg
  In case of absence, for security reasons, parcels are not deposited in front of the front door or in the mailbox compartment. They must be collected from the post office.
• Pallets and goods weighing over 30 kg: delivery is generally to the kerbside. For a surcharge to be defined, pallets or heavy packages can be delivered to the place of use.
