The Edan F2 is a twin fetal monitor, also known as a cardiotocograph. It is equipped with 2 RCF channels and one external TOCO channel. It’s a sturdy, lightweight device weighing just 3.5 kg, making it easy to transport for home consultations.

The Edan F2’s IPX8 waterproof sensors have a very high sensitivity (optimum frequency of 1 MHz) for better wave penetration and protection of foetal tissue.

Fetal movement detection can be automatic or manual.

CTV calculation: This program is used for monitoring intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR). It analyzes fetal heart rate and calculates short-term variability. This option is integrated into the F2 cardiotocograph.

The rechargeable battery has no memory effect, allowing the Edan F2 to be used while charging. Monitoring F2 also works directly from the mains.

This fetal monitor features high-speed printing (1, 2 or 3 cm/minute) thanks to its integrated high-resolution thermal printer. Its high-capacity memory allows you to revisit up to 60 hours of tracks.

Three display modes are available: Plot + values, Plot only or Values only.

SOV technology for twin pregnancies (automatic cross-signal verification) is included. Event markers, audible and visual alerts are also available.

The device features integrated software for: real-time data transfer, event logging, patient files, history of recorded sessions, printing on A4 paper, emailing, exporting, etc.
