The Edan H100B is a portable digital device with a backlit LCD display. It offers several display modes, in numeric or graphic form, and has an internal memory capable of recording up to 300 hours. The EDAN H100B pulse oximeter is designed for continuous or occasional monitoring of arterial oxygen saturation and heart rate in adults, children and neonates.
Equipped with a large backlit LCD display, it shows SpO2 and heart rate readings clearly and in real time, in either curve or digital modes. Pulse bar graph and plethysmogram are also available. It is possible to display graphical or tabular SpO2 or pulse trends for the last 10 minutes.
The EDAN H100B oximeter has a large memory capacity: it can store up to 300 hours of recording data and up to 100 patients.
Visual and audible alarms can be activated or deactivated by the healthcare professional, and configured according to the type of person being monitored: adult mode, neonatal mode. The alarm is triggered when the patient’s SpO2 value or pulse rate rises above the high threshold or falls below the low threshold. An audible alarm is also triggered if the finger is accidentally withdrawn.
The EDAN H100B pulse oximeter is powered by 4 AA 1.5V batteries (included), providing up to 48 hours of continuous operation.
The EDAN H100B pulse oximeter comes with a set of batteries and a protective pouch. Other accessories, available as optional extras, provide additional protection (protective shell) or simpler recharging (charging base and NiMh batteries).
