The Hartmann 128 C tuning fork with cursor is used in acousmetry to make the first diagnoses of deafness, notably the Rinne and Weber tests. However, these diagnoses must then be confirmed by further tests using audiometers. It is important to note that this tuning fork is not suitable for neurological examinations.

This stainless steel ENT instrument is 16.50 cm long and vibrates at a frequency of 128 Hz. This tuning fork can be autoclaved at 134°C for 18 minutes and is easy to clean. Machine or hand wash with astainless-steel-safe cleaner.
