Trade-in rights and limitations
We offer a limited right of return. Please read the information below carefully.
Right of return
The right of return is valid if all the following conditions are met:
- The product is originally packaged and undamaged
- Return of all included accessories
- The request to return the product does not exceed 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Supplier authorizes product return
The return of goods with delivery note takes place exclusively to the address indicated by Swixed or by the authorized third-party distributor, at the customer’s expense and risk. We recommend that you always send your goods by registered post. Collection at a charge may be arranged on request.
Swixed will cover the cost of return postage in the following cases:
- Receipt of a different or non-ordered product (wrong delivery)
- Receipt of a defective item
- Incorrect product specifications in the online store (wrong product description)
